Getting started

What does Earnedge help businesses with?

Earnedge offers SEO and AI-search readiness, local SEO, performance marketing, web design and conversion review, analytics and tracking, and lead generation. Start with the business constraint rather than choosing every channel at once. Compare the service guides.

How do I choose the first service?

If relevant people cannot find you, review discovery. If visits do not become enquiries, review the page and offer. If numbers disagree, validate tracking first. Use the homepage service finder or the Growth Starter Kit to frame a priority.

What is included in the free Growth Starter Kit?

The four-page PDF includes a customer-journey map, a 12-point self-check, a priority worksheet and a project brief. It is a planning resource included with your audit request, not a personalized audit. Submit the form to unlock the download. Request your audit & unlock the kit.

How should I prepare for a project conversation?

Share your website, audience, main challenge, desired outcome and any budget or timing constraints. The project brief in the kit can help. Send a project enquiry.

02 / Questions & answers

Search & paid campaigns

How are SEO, local SEO and paid media different?

SEO addresses organic search discovery and website content. Local SEO focuses on accurate business information and relevant local discovery. Paid media buys advertising placements and needs its own budget, landing pages and measurement. Explore SEO, local SEO and performance marketing.

Can AI-search optimization guarantee a mention or citation?

No. No agency can guarantee that a search engine or AI answer will feature a business. Useful work includes clear information, accessible pages, relevant internal links and claims supported by evidence. Scope the work around improvements that can be checked.

How soon should we expect results?

There is no single reliable deadline for every business. Timing depends on the starting point, competition, offer, budget, website, approvals and implementation. Agree early milestones and review periods separately from longer-term business goals.

Are ad spend and management fees the same thing?

No. Platform media spend and agency management are different costs. Before agreeing a scope, clarify media spend, service fees, creative, landing pages, tools, taxes and any other costs. Do not assume a fixed package includes everything.

03 / Questions & answers

Website, tracking & lead quality

Do we need a new website or can we improve the existing one?

Start by reviewing the offer, mobile experience, speed, key pages and enquiry path. Targeted improvements may be enough; a rebuild should have a clear reason. See the web design and conversion guide.

What is the difference between a click, enquiry and qualified lead?

A click records an interaction. An enquiry is a completed contact action such as a submitted form or call. A qualified lead meets the business criteria you agree, such as fit, need or service area. Define these stages before judging campaign success.

Why might the ad platform and analytics report different totals?

Different attribution rules, time zones, consent choices, event definitions and duplicate or missing events can produce differences. Review the measurement setup before choosing which number to trust. See analytics and tracking services.

What should a useful report help us decide?

It should explain what happened, what the data can and cannot show, where lead quality differs and what action to test next. Agree reporting definitions, data sources and review frequency in your project scope. Explore lead capture and qualification.

Existing projects & support

How do I ask for help with an existing project?

Use your existing project contact or email info@earnedge.in. Include the project or website, the affected page or campaign, what you expected, what happened and when you first noticed it. You can also use the contact form with “Existing project support” as the subject.

What should I include when reporting a website or form issue?

Include the affected URL, device or browser, the steps that show the issue and any visible error text. Remove customer details from screenshots. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or private customer records through the general contact form.

Can I use the contact form to request a change in scope?

Yes. Describe the requested change and the reason. Confirm the revised deliverables, timing, responsibilities and any additional costs before work begins. A submitted request is not itself an agreed change in scope.

Make support easier to act on

A good issue report
starts with specifics.

Copy this short structure into your email or contact message. Use your existing project channel when one has been agreed.
